Shipping policy
At PRITHV, we are committed to delivering your order safely and as quickly as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how we process and ship your orders.
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- During peak seasons, sales events, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to one of our trusted courier partners for delivery.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote Locations: 7–10 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location and courier availability.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
- A nominal shipping fee may apply to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, where applicable. The applicable charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:
- A Shipping Confirmation Email
- A Tracking Number
- A Tracking Link
You can use the tracking link to monitor the status of your shipment in real time.
If you do not receive your tracking details within 48 hours of dispatch, please contact us at support@prithv.in.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts.
If the delivery cannot be completed due to:
- Incorrect address
- Incorrect phone number
- Customer unavailable
- Delivery refusal
the package may be returned to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be re-shipped.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Severe weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Public holidays
- Government restrictions
- Courier operational delays
- Remote delivery locations
PRITHV is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen events, but we will do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving any issues.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
PRITHV is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping information after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@prithv.in. We will make every effort to update the details before the order is dispatched.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.
Please include:
- Your Order Number
- Photos of the package (if damaged)
- A description of the issue
We will investigate the matter with the courier partner and work toward a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Partial Shipments
If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability or warehouse location.
You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment, if applicable.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible pin codes.
PRITHV reserves the right to limit or disable COD for certain locations or high-value orders at its discretion.
