Refund policy
At PRITHV, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take pride in delivering premium fitness apparel and strive to ensure you have a great shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
- The product has not been altered or customized.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
- Products returned without original tags or packaging.
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale (unless damaged or defective).
- Gift cards.
- Customized or personalized products.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email us at support@prithv.in with:
- Your Order Number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@prithv.in.
- Mention your Order Number.
- Explain the reason for your return.
- Attach photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
Our customer support team will respond with further instructions.
Please do not return any product without prior approval.
5. Return Shipping
If the return is due to:
- A damaged product
- A defective item
- An incorrect product sent by us
PRITHV will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return is requested for any other eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
6. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
Shipping charges (if any) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for:
- Incorrect size (subject to stock availability)
- Damaged products
- Defective products
- Incorrect items delivered
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
If the requested size is unavailable, we may issue a refund or provide store credit at our discretion.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery if your order qualifies under this policy.
9. Refund Exceptions
Refunds may not be provided if:
- Incorrect shipping information was provided by the customer.
- Delivery failed due to customer unavailability.
- The product shows signs of use or damage after delivery.
- The return request is made after the eligible return period.
10. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For eligible refunds on Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer or another suitable payment method after verification.
Customers may be asked to provide their bank account details for processing the refund.
